Have had appointments due to ear issues for a long while but nobody seemed to listen. I then had an appointment with this consultant (Mr Buza) who was amazing. He listened, he was professional and treated me with the utmost dignity and respect. The diagnosis he gave me made sense and ever since I have been less anxious. He is a credit to healthcare and I will always request this doctor should I ever need to have an ENT appointment again. Would highly recommend.

Awful experience. Failed tympanoplasty operation. This doctor is full of his own self importance and does not listen to patient concerns in my opinion. Wish I'd never agreed to the surgery. Worst decision I ever made!

Mr Buza was patient and understanding. He took time to listen to my problem and to reassure me. He explained the procedure he was going to employ, always making sure I was understood what was going to happen. He is a very professional gentleman who know his medicine and has a great manner with patients. I was very sorry to hear that he was leaving Addenbrookes and I brought the date of my appointment forward to make sure I am seen by him. Thank you so much Mr Buza.

Mr. Buza recently examined me for an infection in my throat ( five years ago I had my osoephagus removed), and was thorough and attentive. After a course of antibiotics and an ultra sound examination, Mr. Buza was able to reassure me that the tests were all negative and that he had no cause for concern about my health. Mr. Buza treated me with the utmost kindness and courtesy, and I am very grateful for the care he showed in my case. Thank you Mr. Buza, and Addenbrookes, Jim Robson Miller

Dr Buza spent time listening and asking questions about my health, and encouraged me to take my time. This allowed him to be able to see the bigger picture as well as the specific problem. He took time to explain procedures, and afterwards he fed back to me in a way that was clear and easily understood. I left knowing exactly what was causing my problem, and what was going to be done to help improve my health. This included things I could do to help myself as well as the medical side of , and advice on follow up appointments and procedures. It was refreshing to be approached from a holistic point of view; the whole process and the service provided was excellent.
